Transformative + New Client

3-4+ hours | $485+

For all new clients. All the time and resources I will need to get you on the path to hair your dream hair.

For my returning clients wanting a change, and my annual and biannual ladies that either want to switch gears with their color, or maintain the color they have while making a big change with length or style. (Since cut and color are symbiotic, you will need this if you want to significantly change your cut even if you want to maintain the color)

*Each additional half hour beyond 4 hours billed at $45/ 30 minutes.

Deep & Detailed

3-4 hours | $410

Maintenance for all clients with 13+ weeks of new growth. Blondes get global lightening, tone refresh and trim. Brondes and Brunettes get a full reset of depth and balance.

Maintain & Glow

2-3 hours | $320

Maintenance for all clients with under 12 weeks of new growth. Blondies get a face frame + crown brightening, tone and trim. Brondes and Brunettes get a depth refresh and balance.

Brighten & Refresh

2-2.5 hours | $275

Just enough to get you by… face frame brightening, tone, and trim if needed.

Rich & Glossy

2 hours | $195

A global color service for my deep brunettes with little to no gray looking to enhance, or deepen their color.

Express Gray Coverage

1.5-2 hours | $175

Gray Coverage / For mature clients with 50% or more gray looking to cover their mature hair. Need an end refresh? See Rich & Glossy, Not gray? See Maintain & Glow.

Ultimate Blonding

4+ Hours | $485

For clients wanting the brightest, coolest blondes with little to no dimension or warmth regardless of maintenance schedule. Marathon global blonding with the upmost precision and the iciest tone.

90 minutes | $160

Policies

This is an appointment only women’s studio

Sorry, no men or children under the age of 12.

I understand that things come up but this is not a child friendly environment. To ensure you have my full attention during your, services I ask that you do not bring your children to your appointment. If you do need to bring your child to your appointment you will be responsible for any cleanup or damages occurred.

Strict 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

CONFIRMATION texts/emails are sent out 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. At that time you have the option to CONFIRM or if you wish, CANCEL or RESCHEDULE without a fee. Courtesy reminders are sent via email 48 hours prior to your appointment and additional text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule at the time of either reminder, a fee will be added to your next appointment. Same day cancelations or rescheduling will result in a fee up to 100% of canceled service at time of rebooking. Rescheduling is only allowed once per appointment. Rescheduling same appointment twice will result in 50% fee to book again. These electronic reminders are simply a courtesy, it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.

No Call / No Show

Please do not do this. You will be charged FULL price of missed service upon rebooking. If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice or habitually cancel/reschedule you will no longer be able to book appointments.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I have the right to cancel your appointment.

COVID-19 Policy

If you have experienced symptoms, tested positive or been exposed to someone that has tested positive you must reschedule. A 48 hour noticed is still appreciated, however fees will be waived for COVID-19 related cancelations.

Kayla’s books are currently closed to new clients, and guests she has not seen in a year+

All appointments are made via Square booking, if you did not receive a confirmation text or reminder text/emails you do not have an appointment.
