Sorry, no men or children under the age of 12.

I understand that things come up but this is not a child friendly environment. To ensure you have my full attention during your, services I ask that you do not bring your children to your appointment. If you do need to bring your child to your appointment you will be responsible for any cleanup or damages occurred.

Strict 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

CONFIRMATION texts/emails are sent out 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. At that time you have the option to CONFIRM or if you wish, CANCEL or RESCHEDULE without a fee. Courtesy reminders are sent via email 48 hours prior to your appointment and additional text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule at the time of either reminder, a fee will be added to your next appointment. Same day cancelations or rescheduling will result in a fee up to 100% of canceled service at time of rebooking. These electronic reminders are simply a courtesy, it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments.

No Call / No Show

Please do not do this. You will be charged FULL price of missed service upon rebooking. If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice or habitually cancel/reschedule you will no longer be able to book appointments.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I have the right to cancel your appointment.
